What are TE-credits?
Timberexchange uses TE-credits (Timberexchange-credits) as a means of payment. Placing a parcel is free. To request the contact details from the seller of a parcel (to obtain a 'match') the person requesting the contact data=potential buyer must pay 2 TE-credits and the seller=potential seller must pay 5 TE-credits. A photo can be placed with a parcel without extra charges.
Prices of TE-credits:
TE-credits are offered as bundles. The smallest bundle consists of 10 TE-credits. This will allow you to request the contact details of a seller five times or the contact details of the buyer twice. The average price of a TE-credit decreases with the number of TE-credits you buy.
10 TE-credits for €50
20 TE-credits for €85
50 TE-credits for €175
100 TE-credits for €300
200 TE-credits for €500
Prices do not include VAT and/or other taxes.
My TE-credits:
After you have logged into My Timberexchange, you will see on the right the tab "My TE- credits" . Under this tab you will find information about the number of TE-credits you have and on what you have spent "TE-credits" you bought earlier.
Buying TE-credits:
Under the tab "My TE-credits" you will see on the top right the 'link' to "Buy TE-credits". Clicking on this 'link' will take you to a page showing the number of credits you still have while you can also choose how many new "TE-credits" you want to buy (see table at the top of the page to view the prices).
